Los presentes términos y condiciones (los “T&C”) regulan la suscripción a la newsletter denominada Newsletter Durendesa® (la “Newsletter”) de DURENDESA®.

En cumplimiento con lo dispuesto en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal y su normativa de desarrollo, DURENDESA® pone en conocimiento del Suscriptor que los datos recabados a través del Formulario serán incorporados a un fichero de datos de carácter personal titularidad de Durendes&Asociados S.L. (DURENDESA®) con C.I.F. B-07991011, cuyo domicilio se encuentra en Paseo Ingeniero Gabriel Roca 16ª 2-14, 07014, Palma (Islas Baleares). DURENDESA® garantiza la confidencialidad de los datos de carácter personal facilitados y el cumplimiento de toda la normativa aplicable al efecto.

Con la cumplimentación del Formulario y aceptación de los presentes T&C, el Suscriptor autoriza a DURENDESA® para que trate sus datos de carácter personal con la finalidad de remitirle la Newsletter que contendrá [información relacionada con las últimas noticias relativas al sector inmobiliario]. El envío de la Newsletter se realizará de forma mensual a la dirección de correo electrónico que el Suscriptor haya facilitado al efecto.

DURENDESA® no comunicará los datos del Suscriptor a terceras empresas, salvo autorización previa del Suscriptor y para las finalidades que se determinen en cada momento.

El Suscriptor es informado de que a través del Formulario DURENDESA® podría recabar su consentimiento para enviarle comunicaciones comerciales. De dar su consentimiento, a efectos de lo cual deberá marcar la pertinente casilla que aparecerá en el Formulario, DURENDESA® podría ponerse en contacto con el Suscriptor por correo electrónico para remitirle información sobre sus productos y/o servicios.

En cualquier caso, el Suscriptor no queda obligado a recibir la mencionada publicidad e información, ya sea mediante la no marcación de la correspondiente casilla del Formulario, ya sea mediante comunicación posterior, ya que si en un determinado momento el Suscriptor no desea seguir recibiendo comunicaciones de esta naturaleza, podrá revocar su consentimiento mediante el envío de la notificación pertinente a la siguiente dirección de correo electrónico info@durendesa.com, o bien utilizando el link habilitado al efecto en las comunicaciones comerciales que reciba. La solicitud será atendida a la mayor brevedad posible.

El Suscriptor podrá en cualquier momento darse de baja en la Newsletter a través de la siguiente dirección de correo electrónico info@durendesa.com, asimismo todas las Newsletters contarán con un link para gestionar la baja de la misma.

Asimismo, el Suscriptor podrá ejercitar en cualquier momento sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición al tratamiento de sus datos de carácter personal mediante el envío de una notificación por escrito a la siguiente dirección electrónica: info@durendesa.com, aportando copia de un documento acreditativo de su identidad.

Los derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial sobre la Newsletter, incluyendo la disposición de los contenidos, el diseño gráfico de la Newsletter (look & feel), así como los distintos elementos que integran la Newsletter (textos, gráficos, fotografías, videos, grabaciones sonoras, etc.) (los “Contenidos”), corresponden a DURENDESA® o a sus licenciantes. Con respecto a los signos distintivos incluidos en la Newsletter (marcas y nombres comerciales) los mismos son titularidad de DURENDESA® o de sus licenciantes. A tal efecto, mediante los presentes T&C, salvo en aquellos supuestos en los que esté legalmente permitido o medie previa autorización de DURENDESA®, queda expresamente prohibido al Suscriptor la reproducción, transformación, distribución, comunicación pública, puesta a disposición, extracción y/o reutilización de la Newsletter, sus Contenidos y/o los signos distintivos de DURENDESA®.
